As a partner event of the London Architecture Biennale 2006, Golden Lane Stories is an exhibition showcasing works by a group of Design Product students from the Royal College of Art in collaboration with the Golden Lane Estate residents.

Creative, playful and inspirational, the series of works demonstrate inventive interaction between the designers, residents and the environment. Original architect’s drawings and photographs of the Golden Lane Estate were on display alongside work by RCA students.

Golden Lane stories is a stepping stone to our on-going process of engaging people with design, and appreciation of architecture for creative communal living.

Golden Lane Stories is curated by EXHIBIT, with support from Fred Scot, Hilary French and D-square Architects.
